Hello everybody!

Whoa, December is over and we're about to say goodbye to 2025 ... whaaaat?

So, what are your plans? I have NONE, ZERO, NADA and that's fine with me. Going with the flow, as usual ;)

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your love and support over the year! I see you! Well, I mean … I saw you at the events where I sold my Her Dark Half wares and I appreciate you showing up and/or spending money on my art! I saw you commenting on, and liking my posts. I saw you share my social media. All these things are currency to an artist. I saw you buy my book Diary of an Indoor Cat and leaving a good review. THANK YOU so much! Connecting with you makes it all worthwhile!

It’s been a very up and down year, but I do my best to focus on the positive … and there were some big ones … like publishing my first book and writing eight short stories.

Also, if you had told me I’d be the director for the International Horror Film Festival at Scream Diego Horror Convention beginning 2025, I would have spit my drink out and rolled on the floor holding my sides. But here we are! It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to do it again!

So, to my filmmaker friends: Got a new horror movie? Bookmark the Scream Diego Film Freeway website and hit us up once we accept submissions for 2026!

However your year went - keep on creating, make the best of it! Either way, you got this!

Thank you for reading this far … you’re probably already partying somewhere or sitting at home with your pets, reading a book and listening to the rain. Either one is an excellent choice.

That said, I wish you a Happy New Year!

May 2026 bring lots of good fortune, change to the better, happy surprises, celebrations and laughter!
